Return procedure

Customer should announce any Product return in advance following the present Procedure.

Repairs under warranty are subject to Ornika's standard Terms and Conditions.

Important notice

The Client should fullfill the form below and submit it before sending a product for repair or revision.

A copy of the form should be included in the shipment in order to properly identify and track the Product sent for repair or revision.

Problems not described in the Return Form  can not be subject to later claim

Shipment instructions

Make sure your packaging is adequate for rough trandsportation conditions.

If possible, use the original packaging. Special attention should be paid to the packaging of the KT4005 to the KT4030.

The costs incurred by a deterioration of the device during transport are under the full responsibility of the Customer.

Add inside your package a detailed packing list of your shipment and a copy of the Return Form.

For custom formalities, attach a Proforma Invoice on the packaging with a Custom Value not exceeding CHF 1000.-.

You will receive a Quote within 5 business days of receiving your material.

Upon acceptance of the Quote, you will get confirmation with the expected time out of the factory. Usual repair time does not exceed 15 business days.
